Pre-Shoot Questions
What Should I Wear?
- Bring a variety of tops that you feel comfortable in, like those go-to outfits you can’t resist wearing.
- Make sure to include at least one neutral-colored top, such as gray, black, or white.
- Avoid clothing with logos unless it’s for specific company branding.
- Steer clear of puffy, over-layered clothes or very busy patterns.
How Should I Prepare Before I Arrive?
- First and foremost, get plenty of sleep the night before your shoot.
- Moreover, stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
- Additionally, plan any haircuts at least a week before your session to allow for a natural flow.
- Lastly, give some thought to what you want your headshot to convey and its intended use. Reflect on what hasn’t worked in the past.
Oh No!, I have a pimple that appeared for shoot day!
- No worries! We offer retouching services to minimize or remove blemishes upon request.
What if I Need to Cancel?
- Life happens, and we understand. If you need to cancel a week in advance, we’ll apply the entire deposit towards a new date.
- If you cancel within the same week, half of your deposit will be applied towards a new shoot date.
- If you cancel without rescheduling, you’ll forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- Inclement weather will result in rescheduling to a new date.
What are your hours?
- Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm
- Saturday 9am to 3pm

Post-Shoot Questions
What is the turnaround for final images?
- Depending on the number of shots purchased, you can expect your final images within a week to 10 days.
Payment Questions
What's Included in the Session for the Price?
- Firstly, the session fee covers all the time necessary to capture the best shots possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll continue until we’re both satisfied with the results.
- Secondly, the fee covers the studio time only. Any additional images selected for retouching are charged separately.
Is a Deposit Needed?
- If you’ve scheduled online, the full session fee is required upfront. Payment for any retouched images is due after review and selection.
What kind of payments do you accept?
- We accept credit card payments via Square, Zelle transfers, company checks and of course, cash.
